Whether you are a total beginner or wanting some advanced lessons, Lynda.com has a great online library of lessons for most popular graphics programs including Photoshop, Photoshop Elements and Paint Shop Pro.  The lessons come in an "all you can learn" format with a monthly or yearly subscription fee, but here's a hint...if you navigate to the program you are interested in and scroll down to check out the individual courses several of the first lessons for each are free to everyone! (If they leave you wanting more it's currently $25 per month or $250 for the year.)

Did you know there are dozens of free video lessons on digitial scrapbooking available through iTunes!  You don't even have to have an iPod to reap the benefits.  If you don't already have iTunes installed you can download a free copy for you Mac or PC at the Apple website:  http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

Once you have it installed, click on iTunes Store and search for Digital Scrapbooking.  At the time of my search I turned up four different podcasts, (all free!) of which two have multiple lessons archived.  Check back often as I'm sure some new pod casts will turn up soon!
